5 Tips for Traveling with Rugiet Ready

Traveling with a prescription raises practical questions: what you can pack, what happens if it gets hot, and whether a delivery is going to land on your doorstep while you're away. Here are the five things worth sorting out before you go.

1. It Can Go in Your Carry-On or Your Checked Bag

Rugiet Ready can travel with you on a plane in either your carry-on or your checked luggage.

If you're traveling internationally, bring a copy of your prescription — that applies whether you pack it in a carry-on or check it.

2. If It Melts in the Heat, Freeze It

Heading somewhere hot? If your Rugiet Ready softens or melts inside its package, don't sweat it. Put it in the freezer to reharden. The medication is still good to use.

3. Update Your Shipping Address Before You Leave

Rugiet Ready ships to every US state except South Carolina, and it cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

If you're staying somewhere domestically and have a residential mailing address at your destination, you can update your shipping address in your Members Portal and have your order follow you.

4. Two Packs Covers a Two-Week Trip

Rugiet Ready is an as-needed treatment rather than a daily medication, and it can stay in your system for up to 36 hours — roughly a day and a half. That means you don't need 14 doses for a 14-day trip.

Because it comes in packs of 6, the simplest approach is to bring two packs: 12 doses, with comfortable margin. You'll probably come home with some left over.

5. Pause Your Subscription If You'd Rather Not Ship

If you'd prefer no delivery arrives while you're away, you don't have to cancel anything. Log into your Member Portal and click Pause. When you're back, switch it on again in the same place.
