Rugiet Ready contains a class of medications called PDE5 inhibitors, which work by dilating blood vessels and increasing blood flow to the penis, making it easier to get and maintain an erection. It also includes apomorphine, a dopamine promoter that primes the brain for sexual arousal. Sexual arousal starts the erection cascade.
Rugiet Ready comes in the form of a sublingual troche, which dissolves under the tongue and is directly absorbed into the bloodstream, bypassing the liver and digestive system. This allows for a typical onset time of 15 minutes or less. For best results, we recommend taking Rugiet Ready at least 30 minutes prior to sexual activity.
The effects of sildenafil generally last 4-5 hours, while the effects of tadalafil typically last for 24-36 hours. Using this medication with liver or kidney disease may increase the time that this medication remains in the body and we recommend consulting with your doctor prior to use. Concurrent use of certain medication may also prolong the effects or cause adverse effects. Apomorphine generally lasts 3-4 hours.
