How to Take Rugiet Ready™ Troche

  1. Take one troche 15–30 minutes before planned sexual activity (30 minutes is recommended for best results).
  2. Place the troche under your tongue and allow it to fully dissolve. DO NOT CHEW OR SWALLOW.
  3. As the troche dissolves, the medication is absorbed directly into your bloodstream for faster results than swallowing a pill.
  4. The medication will not work unless you are sexually aroused.

Important Usage Notes

  • Maximum dose: One dose every 24 hours
  • How long it lasts: Effects typically last 24-36 hours (tadalafil can remain in your system for up to 36 hours)
  • Kissing: Wait at least 10 minutes for the tablet to completely dissolve before kissing to avoid passing medication to your partner
  • Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place at room temperature
  • STI Protection: This medication does NOT protect against sexually transmitted infections (including HIV/AIDS). Use appropriate protection.
