Dr. Kevin T. He went on to serve on the Northwestern faculty for more than two decades as Professor of Urology at the Feinberg School of Medicine, where he directed the Center for Sexual Health, the Prostate Diseases Minimally Invasive Program, and the Andrology Fellowship.

Dr. McVary was later named Chairman of Urology at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield, IL—his hometown—before returning to Chicagoland in 2018 as Founding Director of the Center for Male Health and Professor of Urology at Loyola University Medical Center's Stritch School of Medicine. His clinical focus spans prostate disease, including prostate cancer and BPH, and the evaluation and treatment of sexual function.

One of the field's most published investigators in prostatic disorders and erectile dysfunction, Dr. McVary has led more than 80 clinical trials and served as principal investigator on numerous NIH-funded studies, with over 500 publications to his name. He has chaired or co-chaired the AUA BPH Clinical Guidelines Committee and the International Consultation on Male LUTS, and has served on the AUA guidelines panels for erectile dysfunction and Peyronie's disease. Through telemedicine platforms like Rugiet Health, he brings that same evidence-based standard of care to men who might otherwise never see a specialist—expanding access and delivering meaningful outcomes wherever patients are.
