Rugiet Test Kit Terms & Conditions
Effective for test kits ordered on or after October 19th, 2026
1. What you're paying for
When you order a test kit you pay $79. That payment covers the at-home kit or in-person testing through a third-party, shipping to you (as applicable), and lab processing of your sample. It is your payment. It is not a coupon or a promotion, and it does not depend on whether a provider prescribes you anything.
The test kit is a one-time purchase. It does not renew.
2. If you are prescribed Testosterone Rx
If an independent Rugiet provider prescribes Testosterone Rx after reviewing your results and you start treatment, we apply your $79 as credit to your first treatment order automatically. The credit reduces what you owe on that order, up to the order total. Later renewals are charged at the standard plan price shown at checkout.
To receive the credit, you must either present to or the lab must receive your kit within [90] days of the date it was delivered to you.
3. If you are not prescribed, or you cancel
If a provider determines Testosterone Rx is not right for you, if you cancel your order before a prescription is issued, or if you are prescribed but do not start treatment, you choose what to do with your $79:
- Get a refund of your $79 to your original payment method. Request it any time through support here.
- Keep it as Rugiet credit. It never expires and can be used toward any Rugiet purchase.
4. Returning your kit
Use the prepaid label in your kit. Return it within 90 days of the delivery date. Labs can't process samples after that, and if your kit isn't received by then your $79 won't be refunded or credited.
If your sample is damaged, arrives with too little to test, or is otherwise unusable, we'll send you a replacement kit at no charge. If we can't, we'll refund your $79.
We'll email you reminders on day 30 and day 75 if we haven't received your kit.
5. Using your credit
Credit can be applied to any Rugiet product with no minimum purchase. It covers the order subtotal and shipping, up to the order total. It never expires.
You can use credit together with other Rugiet offers unless that offer's own terms say otherwise. You can't sell or transfer credit to someone else.
6. Who this applies to
This applies to the first test kit ordered by a new customer. A new customer is someone who has not placed a paid Rugiet order before, not counting the test kit itself. It is limited to one test kit payment per customer. You'll need a Rugiet account to order.
7. Prescriptions and your provider
Prescription products require an online consultation with a licensed healthcare provider. The provider is independent and decides whether a prescription is appropriate based on your health information and results. Testosterone is a controlled substance, and providers may require lab results and follow-up testing before and during treatment. Nothing in these terms, including the credit, is a promise that you'll be prescribed anything, and the credit doesn't affect a provider's decision.
Compounded drug products are not FDA-approved. FDA does not evaluate compounded products for safety, effectiveness, or quality.
8. Treatment plans renew automatically
If you start a treatment plan, it is a subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. The price, renewal schedule, and how to cancel are shown at checkout, in your confirmation email, and in your account. You can cancel anytime in your Rugiet account. We'll send a reminder before each renewal as described at checkout. Our Terms and Conditions have the full details.
9. Changes to this offer
We may change or end the test kit offer for future customers at any time. Changes never affect test kit payments you've already made, credit already on your account, or your right to a refund described above.
